I haven't been diligent about blogging my food but I have been good about keeping track points wise. I've had a very stressful past few days, but as with everything in life you suck it up and think positive.
I cannot express enough how much my friend Yvette has helped me in making this new way of life "MINE", and that includes introducing me to the clip/trailer of "The Secret". I actually found the DVD in a used store I often shop at for about $3 I think (maybe even $1.50 when she took half off that price, but not sure). Either way, it's worth that times a million.
I swear to you, watch the trailer alone and do what they say & you WILL see a difference. I don't sell it or get profits from it or anything (wish I did for as much as I promote it anymore! LOL) but I do know that if you were to buy it (the entire DVD) brand new for the general $20 cost it's WELL worth it.

Today's "lunch" was not only a total eye opener but really, really showed me that when I misbehave & count it.. while I can do it.. it sure leaves for some hunger by the end of the night! I'm still within limits, but this is DEFINITELY not a good menu to follow! YIKES a days worth of points in ONE sitting! Unreal. But it's done... and tomorrow is on it's way!

I hate the things I have yo type to post the comments too...sometimes it is so weird!! the other day I was at these persons site and all they talked about was cheese and do you know what my word was I had to type in the box....it was CHESSE...just thought it was funny so closse to the topic spelt different but so close....and there has been so many more, but this one really sticks out..lol
