I am so proud of my accomplishment last night. If you didn't see what I did INSTEAD of eating away my misery, check out my blog post for Thanks Anger! LOL

I also wanted to add, it's really odd because when I started Weight Watchers I was really pretty clueless. Yeah, I KNEW good from bad food, etc. but I never really knew HOW to incorporate it into a lifestyle. It was always a "DIET" for me.

Oddly enough, it's now just a "way of life" and with that comes (I never thought I'd say this) days when I wonder HOW would I ever eat the points I was given?! Thankfully I have a wonderful system in place that allows me to make the WW Plan my own, changing what I need to and adding things I KNOW are better for me. The end result is often eating WELL under the number of points given for the day but feeling more than good about my choices & comfort level of "fullness" (I'm rarely hungry if I eat right). <-- that's kind of an "Oxymoron Statement" isn't it? LOL

The supplements I've been taking seem to have created a whole new "inside" me... making my food work FOR me, not against me. I owe so much to my very good friend Yvette for bringing this side of me out. So, shout out and thanks to you girl. I cannot WAIT to get your website out there and share how you've changed me!

I took a bit of a break from the gym today. Not complaining because generally this "week" for me is a week of horrid, chronic pain; instead, this week ended up being so far one day of it. Great change! So today's day off is much needed & deserved. I'll chill and rest the back up in hopes that Monday I will feel well enough to get back in the swing of things & hit that pool again!

I have been running non-stop it seems for the past few days. I'm not complaining, cuz that means if I'm running and doing things I'm not down & out in a bed with my chronic pain! But WOW would I like a little break! LOL

That being said, like all of us, when I'm out running non-stop I tend to ignore my hunger pangs and next thing you know I'm famished and ready to pick anything off the menu from the closest drive thru! (SEE THURSDAYS DISASTER FOOD BLOG! LOL)

So, this time I decided that knowing I was going to be running I'd not only make GREAT choices but cheap ones... I had a freebie coupon for a "wrap" at a local convenience store.. used that for lunch & ate 1/2 of it. Used another BOGO coupon for Chick-Fil-A for a wrap there. End results, very point friendly & delish! PLUS I'm soooo full!

So here's today's menu:

I haven't been diligent about blogging my food but I have been good about keeping track points wise. I've had a very stressful past few days, but as with everything in life you suck it up and think positive.

I cannot express enough how much my friend Yvette has helped me in making this new way of life "MINE", and that includes introducing me to the clip/trailer of "The Secret". I actually found the DVD in a used store I often shop at for about $3 I think (maybe even $1.50 when she took half off that price, but not sure). Either way, it's worth that times a million.

I swear to you, watch the trailer alone and do what they say & you WILL see a difference. I don't sell it or get profits from it or anything (wish I did for as much as I promote it anymore! LOL) but I do know that if you were to buy it (the entire DVD) brand new for the general $20 cost it's WELL worth it.

Today's "lunch" was not only a total eye opener but really, really showed me that when I misbehave & count it.. while I can do it.. it sure leaves for some hunger by the end of the night! I'm still within limits, but this is DEFINITELY not a good menu to follow! YIKES a days worth of points in ONE sitting! Unreal. But it's done... and tomorrow is on it's way!

Today my BFF from college left and I KNEW I had to get back on track. I had an extra long 4 day weekend, beginning Friday at Primanti's for a Primanti Pittsburgh Style Sandwich! Oh to die for... didnt' even TRY to figure out points, don't care! LOL And ended the weekend with Krispy Kreme (Hey, my BFF & daughter didn't have them nearby in Rochester... I had to give in)! BUT.. the good part is I'm back in action AND my belly is telling me I better stay there. I was sick as a dog all day today. Couldn't even hit the gym! Now you KNOW I'm sick! LOL

Finally, the gym re-opened and I was in HEAVEN! Worked out MAJOR
and while I'm hurting a bit it's all good. Thank GOD I'm back in action! Ok, I'm an addict, but damn proud of it now! LOL

This is also "Day One" of using the new "Supplements" (right now only samples available) for weight loss/appetite suppressant, created by 1 Healthy Chick aka Yvette. I am completely amazed at the results, even though we had the same awesome results with my oldest daughter when trying them! All natural herbal supplement that truly does help your body metabolize the food you are eating & keeps you feeling completely satiated! Honest to God I'm amazed at this. It is a WONDERFUL accompaniment to your weight loss program! More to come, I promise!
