I am so proud of my accomplishment last night. If you didn't see what I did INSTEAD of eating away my misery, check out my blog post for Thanks Anger! LOL

I also wanted to add, it's really odd because when I started Weight Watchers I was really pretty clueless. Yeah, I KNEW good from bad food, etc. but I never really knew HOW to incorporate it into a lifestyle. It was always a "DIET" for me.

Oddly enough, it's now just a "way of life" and with that comes (I never thought I'd say this) days when I wonder HOW would I ever eat the points I was given?! Thankfully I have a wonderful system in place that allows me to make the WW Plan my own, changing what I need to and adding things I KNOW are better for me. The end result is often eating WELL under the number of points given for the day but feeling more than good about my choices & comfort level of "fullness" (I'm rarely hungry if I eat right). <-- that's kind of an "Oxymoron Statement" isn't it? LOL

The supplements I've been taking seem to have created a whole new "inside" me... making my food work FOR me, not against me. I owe so much to my very good friend Yvette for bringing this side of me out. So, shout out and thanks to you girl. I cannot WAIT to get your website out there and share how you've changed me!
